These look good to me on a first pass. I think @thibaudcolas is working on a Google Drive Org for us too (part of the DSF's) we can add now or later. |

Nice! Suggested a few other possible improvements. I also feel like this might be easier to manage as the one issue template, with three separate sections? That way if we make changes to this you can do them all in the one file directly in GitHub / it’s harder to miss one of the lists.
If the person is serving as Chair, Co-chair, or Board Liaison also do the following:
|
||
- [ ] Make them a maintainer in https://github.com/orgs/django/teams/coc-committee/members
- [ ] Make them a manager in https://groups.google.com/g/django-coc-committee |

We could also have them set up as "Channel Manager" in Slack? Which is the role needed to add/remove people to the channel IIRC. Both for the group channel and ask-coc
- [ ] Request they be added to the https://github.com/django org if they aren't already (email [email protected] to get added)
- [ ] Add member to https://github.com/orgs/django/teams/coc-committee/members
- [ ] Add email account to: https://groups.google.com/g/django-coc-committee
- [ ] Add them to the `#ask-coc` and `#coc-working-group` channels in the DSF Slack |

Does this need to mention the three listings of group members?
- [ ] Remove them from the https://github.org/django org if they're not active elsewhere in the org
- [ ] Remove them from https://github.com/orgs/django/teams/coc-committee/members
- [ ] Remove them from https://groups.google.com/g/django-coc-committee
- [ ] Remove them from any DSF Slack channels for the group |

Would also need adding as "past member" on https://github.com/django/code-of-conduct/blob/main/membership.md
