This PR improves the formatting and typography in Chinese documentation files:

Added proper spacing around English words, technical terms, and punctuation
Standardized technical term capitalization (e.g., "Git", "Docker", "IP")
Corrected punctuation and line breaks
Improved overall readability and consistency
