This PR makes the isolation level used by transactions configurable using the ISOLATION_LEVEL option:

ATTACH 'dbname=postgresscanner' AS s (TYPE POSTGRES, ISOLATION_LEVEL 'READ COMMITTED')

Supported options are READ COMMITTED, REPEATABLE READ and SERIALIZABLE. The default is REPEATABLE READ.
