Add a 'Self' keyword for accessing the static script instance

It would be nice if there was an idiomatic way to access the script resource of a script through a Self keyword, similar to Rust. This would enable some patterns to be explicitly typed, and would allow classes to explicitly access static members and functions.

• Custom constructors

  class_name Rectangle

  static func new_with_size(size: Vector2):
      var new_obj := new()
      new_obj.size = size
      return new_obj

  static func new_with_size(size: Vector2) -> Self:
      var new_obj := Self.new()
      new_obj.size = size

I have been able to declare a const to preload the same script where it is declared and use that.
