Issue description
WebXR projects can no longer switch to VR mode in the Quest browser. It tries, but reverts to flat mode. By the way, WebXR hasn't worked with OpenXR and PCVR for quite some time, at least since 4.5 or 4.4. At least for me, with Windows 11 and the latest Chrome browser. That's worth checking out, too.
Steps to reproduce
Host a WebXR Project. For example the Godot XR-Tools-Demo Project and try to load it in the Quest Browser. It loaded and starts correctly but after pressing the switch to XR Button it will not switch to VR. In Godot 4.5.dev5 did it still work
