Error spam when move mouse at the 2d viewport with Polygon2D

ERROR: resize: Condition ' p_size < 0 ' is true. returned: ERR_INVALID_PARAMETER
   At: ./core/cowdata.h:252.

Still valid in 3.2.3
Seems to be caused by wrong internal_vertex_count value. Maybe this property should be just unexposed or something.
