The most noteworthy item this release is the addition of pic64gx curiosity
kit support.

Changes since last release (linux4microchip+fpga-2024.09):

- Add the netcat package
- Use "real" dmesg, rather than busybox's
- Implement growfs for rootfs configurations
- Separate out and update rootfs-overlays
- Bump the Linux kernel to pull in various bugfixes, include "RX overflow"
  warnings when using SPI, issues with using multiple PWM channel and fixed
  mmc aliases on the beaglev-fire
- Bump U-Boot to pull in a replacement of per-board system controller access
  implementations with dedicated drivers
- Fix occasional faults while booting with nor
