Some of these are even global mutable state — probably not what was intended!

Right now, AnalyzerCheckNamePrefix is global mutable state. Probably not what was intended!

Could we just use StringLiteral without llvm:: everywhere?
We could typically use SmallVector, StringRef without llvm.
