- Removed the use of the READTHEDOCS_VIRTUALENV_PATH variable for creating the virtual environment and running commands.
- Streamlined the installation and documentation build commands for clarity and efficiency.
- Updated the .readthedocs.yaml file to enable PDF format for documentation builds. - Added new package dependencies: `galois`, `numba`, and `sparse-transform` with their respective versions and sources in the uv.lock file. - Included additional wheels for `llvmlite` and `numba` to support various platforms.
