Proposed changes

For Maestro

  • Bumps grpc (I think tests might be faster too?)
  • Bumps ktor and jackson
  • Bumps logback and slf4j

For Maestro Studio

  • Removes Storybook
  • Bumps a bunch of deps

Testing

Tested between each commit - e2e tests for gradle deps, ./maestro studio for npm deps.

I've been doing a bunch of testing of the local workflows with the new dependencies.
Next would be making sure we're not gonna break the cloud service with it 😬

For visibility: This really broke the cloud service 😬
It's gonna need some more work.
