React project that allows the User to play Tic Tac Toe. It shows the next turn, and shows the winner when either O or X win.

It is made using React Hooks and Typescript.

This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.

In the project directory, you can run:

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in your browser.

The page will reload when you make changes.
You may also see any lint errors in the console.
