Bumps active_model_serializers from 0.8.4 to 0.10.9.

Release notes

Sourced from active_model_serializers's releases.

v0.10.0.rc3

A new RC, finally! 😄
A lot happened after the last RC release, some new functionality was added, and performance increased, there will be a lot of other improvements to the next RC that will probably be the last one before the oficial release.

v0.10.0.rc2

OMG we got to RC2! Who could've guessed we'd get this far?! But we did, and we're ready for whatever is next.

RailsAPI was just merged into Rails 5 and AMS is now a dependency 😄 That's exciting news for everyone. We still have work to do to get everything in place for the big day. Until then, help us polish all the things so we can kick some serious asses before the final release!

v0.10.0.rc1

This is the first release candidate for the v0.10 series. This is being released
at RailsConf 2015. This includes fragment cache, JSONAPI RC3 support
(JSONAPI v1 support is in the works) and tons of other goodies. Feel free
to check the logs for further details.

    • Fix polymorphic belongs_to tests; passes on v0.10.5, fails on v0.10.6
    • Fix JSON:API polymorphic type regression from v0.10.5
    • Fix JSON:API: for_type_and_id should always inflect_type
      Should Serializer._type ever be inflected?
Right now, it won't be, but association.serializer._type will be inflected.

      That's the current behavior.

  • #2216. Fixes #2132, #2180. (@bf4)
    • Fix JSON:API: Serialize resource type for unpersisted records (blank id)
  • #2218. Fixes #2178. (@bf4)
    • Fix JSON:API: Make using foreign key on belongs_to opt-in. No effect on polymorphic relationships.
        # set to true to opt-in
        ActiveModelSerializer.config.jsonapi_use_foreign_key_on_belongs_to_relationship = true
