Updates:
Added GUI components for trigger processing, bids creation, and bids QA

Adjusted make_meg_bids to use nibabel instead of afni/freesurfer during mri processing. Tests added and implemented in github actions.

Includes corrections for non-orthogonally aligned afni tagset files
Includes folder search for appropriate coregistration file
