This PR removes the .xcodeproj file since it can be regenerated from project.yml.

Benefits:

No more merge conflicts from .xcodeproj changes.
Single source of truth - project config lives in project.yml.
Simplifies teamwork - recommended by XcodeGen for multi-contributor projects.

Just run xcodegen to regenerate the project.
