Add Indonesian locale

Hi, I want to Indonesian as a supported language to the project.
I've followed the instruction in the readme file.

Thanks a lot. I can't really review the Indonesian translations, obviously, but I found three technical places where improvements are needed, please see the comments.

I've added more commits based on your feedback.

For the duration, there's no difference between singular and plural in Indonesian for this context, hence the commit.
