@thomcc said that we should more widely advertise that Miri can do "cross-interpretation" for arbitrary targets. Maybe this list would be a good place to also mention that ability?

"Targets" is a bit vague out of context. Should we say "CPU architectures" perhaps?

Technically that is less precise because it fails to account for the OS aspect... but that aspect seems less relevant, so sure, sounds good.
