Add use habitify

Before installation, you'll need a Habitify API key:
- Open Habitify app or web interface
- Go to Settings → Account → API Access
- Generate new API key or copy existing one
- Save this key for the installation steps below
- Node.js >= v18.0.0
- Habitify API key (get from Habitify Settings)
- Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop or another MCP Client
