Well... a lot more things, with configurability as to what not to monitor.

- collectd init callback will create the mongodb connection
- added nested map structures for the three main status commands (connPoolStats, dbStats, and serverStatus) with the final value node representing the collectd type
- able to publish all data presented in the 3 constant maps
- configurable options to specify which explicit data points (first keys in each map) to publish to collectd
- fixed formatting issue for plugin_instance name
- db was being left out of recursive_submit() recursion calls
