I hope this sorts everything out. should show git refs with commits and in the log view, but testing has been patchy with me...

I also had to move the `/:repo/:ref/:page` commit down to the bottom, as it interfered with everything, and also ignored any folders in `./public` that aren't already staged, to make sure there is no caching going on...
