Game Doesn't Load

Verify Integrity of Game Cache
Go to the Steam Library Right-click on Surgeon Simulator 2013 Click on Properties Select the Local Files tab Click on Verify Integrity of Game Cache This may take a while, once it's done you can load up the game and it should work
