Its interfaces to other ITSM applications (like Nagios, Request Tracker etc.) allow the entering of data only once in the ITSM environment. i-doit maintains one holistic view of the operational situation.

This system is designed to aid IT/Security professionals in maintaining a repository of sensitive information for their systems, to include: sensitive system information (architecture, assets and inventory, vulnerability data, remediation strategies, assessments) and so on.
