    SMILI

    SMILI

    Scientific Visualisation Made Easy

The Simple Medical Imaging Library Interface (SMILI), pronounced 'smilie', is an open-source, light-weight and easy-to-use medical imaging viewer and library for all major operating systems. The main sMILX application features for viewing n-D images, vector images, DICOMs, anonymizing, shape analysis and models/surfaces with easy drag and drop functions. It also features a number of standard processing algorithms for smoothing, thresholding, masking etc. images and models, both with graphical user interfaces and/or via the command-line. See our YouTube channel for tutorial videos via the homepage. The applications are all built out of a uniform user-interface framework that provides a very high level (Qt) interface to powerful image processing and scientific visualisation algorithms from the Insight Toolkit (ITK) and Visualisation Toolkit (VTK). The framework allows one to build stand-alone medical imaging applications quickly and easily.

    BertViz

    BertViz

BertViz: Visualize Attention in NLP Models (BERT, GPT2, BART, etc.)

BertViz is an interactive tool for visualizing attention in Transformer language models such as BERT, GPT2, or T5. It can be run inside a Jupyter or Colab notebook through a simple Python API that supports most Huggingface models. BertViz extends the Tensor2Tensor visualization tool by Llion Jones, providing multiple views that each offer a unique lens into the attention mechanism. The head view visualizes attention for one or more attention heads in the same layer. It is based on the excellent Tensor2Tensor visualization tool. The model view shows a bird's-eye view of attention across all layers and heads. The neuron view visualizes individual neurons in the query and key vectors and shows how they are used to compute attention.

    MMdnn

    MMdnn

Tools to help users inter-operate among deep learning frameworks

MMdnn is a set of tools to help users inter-operate among different deep learning frameworks. E.g. model conversion and visualization. Convert models between Caffe, Keras, MXNet, Tensorflow, CNTK, PyTorch Onnx and CoreML. MMdnn is a comprehensive and cross-framework tool to convert, visualize and diagnose deep learning (DL) models. The "MM" stands for model management, and "dnn" is the acronym of deep neural network. We implement a universal converter to convert DL models between frameworks, which means you can train a model with one framework and deploy it with another. During the model conversion, we generate some code snippets to simplify later retraining or inference. We provide a model collection to help you find some popular models. We provide a model visualizer to display the network architecture more intuitively. We provide some guidelines to help you deploy DL models to another hardware platform.

    StellarGraph

    StellarGraph

    Machine Learning on Graphs

StellarGraph is a Python library for machine learning on graphs and networks. The StellarGraph library offers state-of-the-art algorithms for graph machine learning, making it easy to discover patterns and answer questions about graph-structured data. It can solve many machine learning tasks. Graph-structured data represent entities as nodes (or vertices) and relationships between them as edges (or links), and can include data associated with either as attributes. For example, a graph can contain people as nodes and friendships between them as links, with data like a person’s age and the date a friendship was established. StellarGraph supports the analysis of many kinds of graphs. StellarGraph is built on TensorFlow 2 and its Keras high-level API, as well as Pandas and NumPy. It is thus user-friendly, modular and extensible. It interoperates smoothly with code that builds on these, such as the standard Keras layers and scikit-learn.

    pySPACE

    pySPACE

Signal Processing and Classification Environment in Python using YAML

pySPACE is a modular software for processing of large data streams that has been specifically designed to enable distributed execution and empirical evaluation of signal processing chains. Various signal processing algorithms (so called nodes) are available within the software, from finite impulse response filters over data-dependent spatial filters (e.g. CSP, xDAWN) to established classifiers (e.g. SVM, LDA). pySPACE incorporates the concept of node and node chains of the MDP framework. Due to its modular architecture, the software can easily be extended with new processing nodes and more general operations. Large scale empirical investigations can be configured using simple text- configuration files in the YAML format, executed on different (distributed) computing modalities, and evaluated using an interactive graphical user interface. For obtaining a zip file of the current state use: https://github.com/pyspace/pyspace/archive/master.zip
