TreeBASE is a database and web front end that stores phylogenetic trees and the data matrices used to generate them. The current iteration comprises a complete rewrite of the schema and web layer, and will include a web services layer.

addressdb is a graphic front end for an SQLite database. Typically the database may be an address book. addressdb incorporates flexible field searches based on SQlite's native comparison operators and word and regular expression searches. Records may be exported as pdf files with flexible formats (eg address labels) and as text files (eg comma separated values - csv) also with flexible formatting. csv files may be used as backup and to transfer data between databases; addressdb can create a database from a csv file. Database fields and output formats are specified through a text configuration file which may refer to more than one database and include several output formats. Fields may be edited on output (eg commas replaced by linefeeds or the case changed)

English Developed with the aim of helping teachers from different areas to create automated tests that are unique for each student. EasyQuizzer stores all questions in a database management system. Subsequently, an exam is set up with the desired items. The program will then run randomization algorithms that will shuffle both the questions and the alternatives so that there are no two identical exams. Portuguese-Brazil Desenvolvido com o intuito de auxiliar professores a criar provas únicas para cada aluno. O EasyQuizzer armazena todos os seus dados em um Sistema Gerenciadorde de Bancos de Dados, a saber, o Postgres. O programa executa algoritmos de randomização de alternativas certas e erradas por questão, além de embaralhar questões e alternativas evitando que existam duas provas com o mesmo conjunto de alternativas. O usuário pode especificar o numero de provas que deseja gerar, lembrando que a quantidade de alternativas determina o número máximo de provas únicas.
