OpenBot leverages smartphones as brains for low-cost robots. We have designed a small electric vehicle that costs about $50 and serves as a robot body. Our software stack for Android smartphones supports advanced robotics workloads such as person following and real-time autonomous navigation. Current robots are either expensive or make significant compromises on sensory richness, computational power, and communication capabilities. We propose to leverage smartphones to equip robots with extensive sensor suites, powerful computational abilities, state-of-the-art communication channels, and access to a thriving software ecosystem. We design a small electric vehicle that costs $50 and serves as a robot body for standard Android smartphones. We develop a software stack that allows smartphones to use this body for mobile operation and demonstrate that the system is sufficiently powerful to support advanced robotics workloads such as person following and real-time autonomous navigation.

Welcome to Multimodal Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Controller (MMAR) This project intends to develop a multimodal interface which gives a human operator capability of controlling a QuadRotor UAV efficiently and more easily. During this project we use a simulated QuadRotor called AirRobot in a simulation environment for development of robots, USARSim. There are some aspects involved in this project including touch, pose tracking, gesture recognition, voice recognition, etc and we try to utilize capabilities of some devices available today such as Android Phones and Microsoft Kinect. Using a windows appliacation called MMUAVC Fusion App, this system gathers all data from sensors and issues control commands for the QuadRotor

RobBX - is a first in the world DIY Arduino constructor based from IQBX. Difference from prototype, RobBX has complete conception witch includes: a complete STL 3D-models with OpenSCAD sources; a special schemes and electronics connections; and powerfull Arduino firmware for ESP32 based on WiFi AP Server, connection to it from mobile device give a controller, programmable from IDE (on Blockly). Robb - is a low cost constructor, but it powerful for STEAM education.
