Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before they ship. Processing times may be longer during holidays or busy periods, and we will update our website if that happens. Packages typically ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If one of these days is a holiday, we will ship your package the day before or the day after. Remember, USPS is closed on national holidays, so they cannot process shipments then.

All perfumes are hand-blended and hand-packaged. There is no fulfillment center or extra staff. When you place an order, the perfumer personally bottles and labels your items and packages your order for shipment, which takes time.

Please note that USPS delivery estimates reflect the average time a package takes to move through the delivery process once in USPS's possession and do not include order fulfillment time, holidays or delays due to high volume shipping or weather exceptions.

Due to cosmetic safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics, personal care products & fragrances/perfumery materials for hygiene purposes, as returned items cannot be resold. Sample sizes are available for all products except the limited-edition fragrances, which are part of the Perfume of the Month Club subscription service. Please try a sample size before purchasing a full-sized product. If there is a problem with your product, please contact me immediately & I will do everything I can to resolve your problem.

No. I do not use real deer musk, civet or beaver castoreum in my perfumes. Those animals are either killed or tortured to extract their musks. Deer musk is an endangered species and is included in the CITES Convention as a protected animal. Perfumers who use real deer musk are breaking the law. My Deer Musk, Civet & Castoreum Accords are a mixture of synthetic and natural non-animal essences that approximate the odor of these animal musks. The only animal by-product I use in my perfumes is beeswax absolute, which is an extraction of purified beeswax. I passionately believe that no animal should be killed or tortured so that we humans can smell good.

Yes. My perfumes are IFRA-compliant. I take great care to follow IFRA standards when composing my fragrances. Much research goes into choosing safe materials and using them at recommended levels. Every perfume formula I create is run through formulation software that checks every material and the amounts used, and it notifies me if I go over the limit. In that case, I will adjust my formula to ensure I do not exceed safe levels for any ingredient. Then I send a sample of my finished perfume to a third-party lab for testing to ensure my calculations are correct. Only after I receive their reports & only if the perfume passes their safety assessment will I release a fragrance to the public. The safety of my clients has always been and will remain my top priority.
