Status update and apologies

I just wanted to keep you all in the loop as far as progress goes and apologize for the delay in my recent responses.
My Mom and my Aunt are coming up for a visit tomorrow (Saturday) to check out our new place here so I will be unavailable. That is the main reason. I didn't want to accept any payments from people for commissions while I knew I had family coming out for a visit and have you guys waiting. In the meantime I am attempting to finish a personal digital badge for myself to give you guys a good idea what they would look like if you were interested in those ;}
The other reason is that I finally got called out to a couple interviews. 1 I still have to wait another week before I can find out if I get picked for their 3rd and final decision process and the other... well, unfortunately I am not super hopeful about as it would require a lot of long distance driving at a pay rate that would not be compensatory.
So, again, my sincerest apologies and gratitude for everyones' patience and as long as everyone is still interested, I will be getting back to everyone on this Sunday.

and ditch the long-distance job if you can. fuel prices will climb no matter what, and I have been at a point where the monthly payment wouldn't last four weeks of driving to work, and my boss telling me it was my problem... uh-huh. rright. THEY don't have to turn every dime themselves, do they?
