Livestream RUles and Guidelines:

1. No link spams.
2. No excessive RP.
3. Do not harrass me or others.
4. Don't flood the chat.
5. Please don't complain about the music. There is a mute button for that reason.

Freebie Guidelines/Rules
1. Do not beg/ask or request freebies. When I am taking them I will announce it either by calling on a person or asking for the first ref. This means do not come in asking for a 'request'.Only exception is music requests. :D

2. I do not reserve spots for freebies. Even if you have to leave, I will not reserve a spot for you.

3. Since these are freebies I have FULL ARTISTIC FREEDOM to them. Most of my freebies are headshots anyway. I will decide if I want to keep it as lineart, black and white, or shaded with color. No exceptions.

4. In order to receive your freebie, you must attend the stream as much as possible. At least an hour to an hour and a half minimum.

5. If you leave the moment I complete your freebie, it will NOT be uploaded - no matter how long you were in the stream. You must stay at least 30 minutes after the freebie is completed to get it. That is the only exception I make. (You must stay at least an hour to an hour and a half..and must stay for 30 minutes after freebie is completed). NOTE: If I find that you just WENT AFK for thirty minutes to get the freebie, YOU WILL NOT GET IT. I expect you to be active and participate in the conversation.

6. I will usually choose at random or on a first come first serve basis, so long as my rules are followed. No whining or complaining that you didn't get anything.

7. I try to stick with new people who haven't recieved anything yet, though I tend to 'reset' this every so often. If that is the case and you have already recieved one, try to provide a NEW character for me to work with.

8. PICTURES ONLY. I will NOT take word descriptions for freebies. When I say 'ref' I don't mean an actual ref sheet..just something for me to look at of the character I'm drawing.

9. Please make sure the character I'm drawing is YOURS. I understand people want to give gift art - but when it comes to freebies, I prefer to draw the person the character belongs to and not for someone not attending. It sort of conflicts with the above rules. (Must attend, etc)

10. A repeat of some of the rules. I AM NOT DOING FREEBIES FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST COME TO GRAB ONE AND LEAVE THE MOMENT IT IS DONE. I have had this happen on more than one occassion and it will not happen again. I have mentally recorded each one that does it and they will not recieve a freebie ever again.

BREAKING THE FREEBIE RULES RESULTS IN:

First Offense: No freebie the first time with a warning and no upload.
Second Offense: No freebies -ever-, including for contests and other times I may provide freebies outside of stream. If the freebie was completed, it will NOT be uploaded whatsoever - even if you offered to pay for it later.

If I find you somehow screencaptured the freebie from my stream after I finished it - and you have uploaded it to FA or any other art site, I WILL report you and request it be removed immediately.

Especially if you have broken my rules. I will call you out as an Art thief and explain the situation. Please do not make me do this.


Breaking stream rules:

If you get too offensive you get banned temporarily - and then permanently if it continues.

I apologize if these rules seem offensive or harsh. But unfortunately, a revision WAS needed as people have refused to pay attention to them. I will no longer be lenient. If you break any of the rules, you will be blacklisted. I don't like being harsh but with as many people out there who are refusing to READ and LISTEN to my rules, I have no choice.
