A low-level markdown compiler for parsing markdown without caching or blocking for long periods of time. Light-weight while implementing all markdown features from the supported flavors & specifications. Available as a command-line interface (CLI) and running in client- or server-side JavaScript projects. The only completely secure system is the one that doesn't exist in the first place. Having said that, we take the security of Marked very seriously. To prevent ReDoS attacks you can run marked on a worker and terminate it when parsing takes longer than usual. Marked can be run in a worker thread on a node server, or a web worker in a browser. Only current and LTS Node.js versions are supported. End-of-life Node.js versions may become incompatible with Marked at any point in time.

This results in simple, readable, and maintainable code. Despite being simple, V gives a lot of power to the developer and can be used in pretty much every field, including systems programming, webdev, gamedev, GUI, mobile, science, embedded, tooling, etc. V avoids doing unnecessary allocations in the first place by using value types, and string buffers, promoting a simple abstraction-free code style. Most objects (~90-100%) are freed by V's auto-free engine: the compiler inserts necessary free calls automatically during compilation. A remaining small percentage of objects is freed via GC. The developer doesn't need to change anything in their code. "It just works", like in Python, Go, or Java, except there's no heavy GC tracing everything or expensive RC for each object.

JS/CC is a parser generator for JavaScript/ECMAScript, which is entirely written in ECMAScript itself. It produces LALR(1) parsers with integrated lexical analyzers. JS/CC can run as a website or be invoked from a console, and runs on several platforms.

XPHP is an IDE authoring tool for Windows that allows you to design, develop, test, debug and deploy PHP applications. [This project has been discontinued since 2005]
