RaspArch for Raspberry Pi 5/Pi 4

RaspArch for Raspberry Pi 5/Pi 4

RaspArch :: Run Arch Linux on your Raspberry Pi 5 or Pi 4

ABOUT RaspArch is a “ready-to-go” ARM (aarch64) system. It can only run on a Raspberry Pi 5 or Pi 4 computer. Build 241218 runs only on a Rpi 5. INSTALLATION Use Rufus or Etcher in Windows. MORE about RaspArch When you have installed RaspArch to your Micro SD Card you can use the system like any other Arch Linux (aarch64) system. I.e. install new programs etc. Arch motto is KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). WHO SHOULD RUN Arch Linux/RaspArch? My answer: The system fits the “advanced” Linux user/enthusiast, who would be willing to run an occasional command from time to time. UNIQUE There is no other (good) Arch Linux System for Raspberry Pi 5. Not for downloading anyhow. PERFORMANCE Everything works! The System is responsive and quite fast, especially if you use a Rpi 5 computer. KERNELS In Build 241218: 6.6.66-exton-v8-16k+ for Rpi 5 In Build 240302: 6.1.77-exton-v8-16k+ for Rpi 5 In Build 230302: 6.1.0-rpi8-rpi-v8 for Rpi 4

    footmouse

    footmouse

Allows Linux users to use a HID compatible USB foot pedal as a mouse

The foot pedal emulates a mouse in conjunction with up to 4 modifier keys, ALT, CONTROL, SHIFT and ESCAPE. Functions available are Left Click, Double Click, Right Click, Cursor Up, Cursor Down, Cursor Left, Cursor Right, Wheel Scroll Up, Wheel Scroll Down, Middle Click, Page Up, Page Down, Window Select, Close window, Minimise window and Null (define an option that does nothing) - Many foot pedals come with software, often MS Windows only, which allows you to program the pedals to perform some function or other, Footmouse does away with the proprietary software and allows you to assign Mouse commands to a pedal or a pedal with a modifier key. All functions can be assigned as you require. Designed principally to help people who have difficulty operating a Mouse but able to operate a foot pedal. By its very nature, moving about the screen is slow compared with using a mouse but it does the job, if you can't use a mouse. Note: new VEC Infinity in-USB3 foot pedal not supported.
