FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), released under the Apache license. The nightly builds are installed into /opt/freerdp-nightly and can be installed in parallel with the distributions regular freerdp package. Network tracing of RDP can be quite a challenge due to a number of factors such as encryption, compression, and the fact that these protocol features cannot always be disabled or worked around. One of the easiest way of decrypting RDP traffic is to configure the server with a self-signed certificate for which the private key is known, and then use this certificate with a network tracing tool to automatically decrypt the packets. -

Free, high-quality, open-source icon library with over 1,600 icons. Include them any way you like, SVGs, SVG sprite, or web fonts. Use them with or without Bootstrap in any project. Bootstrap Icons are published to npm, but they can also be manually downloaded if needed. Bootstrap Icons are SVGs, so you can include them into your HTML in a few ways depending on how your project is setup. We recommend using a width: 1em (and optionally height: 1em) for easy resizing via font-size. Embed your icons within the HTML of your page (as opposed to an external image file). Here we’ve used a custom width and height. Use the SVG sprite to insert any icon through the <use> element. Use the icon’s filename as the fragment identifier (e.g., toggles is #toggles). SVG sprites allow you to reference an external file similar to an <img> element, but with the power of currentColor for easy theming. -

Window Maker Live is an installable Linux Live ISO based on the current Bookworm branch of Debian. The system uses the Window Maker window manager as the default graphical user interface. Window Maker Live's components have been carefully preconfigured and the desktop environment has a consistent visual appearance. Window Maker Live integrates selected components from other desktop environments such as XFCE4, MATE, LXQT, with a particular focus on GNUstep. The main idea behind this project is to integrate the Window Maker window manager as default user interface on top of a standard Debian/Bookworm base system. It also serves as an alternate installation medium for Debian/Bookworm. The second main idea not directly visible on the surface level is the inclusion of many useful command line utilities and tools for system administration. Nativefier
Make any web page a desktop application
Nativefier is a command-line tool designed to create a desktop app for any web site with minimal configuration. Apps are wrapped by Electron (using Chromium under the hood) in an OS executable (.app, .exe, etc) for use on Windows, macOS and Linux. Nativefier will try to determine the app name, and well as lots of other options. If desired, these options can be overwritten. For example, to override the name, nativefier --name 'My Medium App' 'medium.com' Read the API documentation or run nativefier --help to learn about other command-line flags usable to configure the packaged app. For a list of build commands contributed by the nativefier community take a look at the CATALOG.md file. Nativefier is also usable from Docker. You can pass Nativefier flags, and mount volumes to provide local files.
