ModbusPal is a project to develop a PC-based Modbus simulator. Its goal is to reproduce a realistic environment, with many slaves and animated register values. Almost everything in ModbusPal can be customized and controlled by scripts.

YABI93 is an Interpreter for the esoteric programming language Befunge, version "Befunge93". It is written in Java 1.5 and uses Swing for its graphical interface. YABI supports a multilanguage GUI.

The Collaborative Testing System (CTS) tests parallel software using various implementations of MPI. It works on multiple platforms and supports batch systems including LSF, LCRM and workstations without a batch system. It includes a numerical diff tool.

FAST is an Analysis and Simulation Toolbox (FAST) for Fuel Cells (FC) FAST-FC is the doctorate work of David B. Harvey and was developed with support from the U.S. DOE, Ballard, and Queen's University. Derivative works of FAST-FC include FC-APOLLO which is a forked branch of this project intended to capture the code state at the exit of the funded DOE project. FAST-FC is the open and active community branch. FAST-FC is developed and maintained by the original creator and developer, David B. Harvey. Features of FAST-fc include transport of gases and liquids, multi-step reaction kinetics, transient and steady state operation for performance and durability, and scalable dimensionality from 1D - 3D domains. Future development work is on-going in FAST-fc and our strategic development schedule includes membrane degradation, improved liquid water transport models through the application of pore networks, and extension to stack-level simulation.

A simulator that allows programs written in Java for a National Instruments CRIO to be run on a local computer by overloading the libraries provided by WPI. Some things we've fixed since 0.1a: Kinect no longer throws an exception upon instantiation, the Watchdog is usable, array elements can now be edited in the gui, and lots of under the hood reimplementation to replace native methods. DISCLAIMER: this is not like the diamond bullet studios simulation, this only simulates how the hardware would act, so that code can be tested. It is not our goal to provide a program that allows simulation for strategy testing, nor will it ever be.

JRandO is a test data generator or better test object generator framework. It can be used in JUnit tests or in performance test (for e.g. using JMeter). It may also be useful in anonymization of data or in a simulation environment.

SystemC Network Simulation Library (SCNSL) is an extension of SystemC to allow modelling packet-based networks such as wireless networks, ethernet, fieldbus, etc. As done by basic SystemC for signals on the bus, SCNSL provides primitives to model packet trasmission, reception, contention on the channel and wireless path loss. The use of SCNSL allows the easy and complete modelling of distributed applications of networked embedded systems such as wireless sensor networks, routers, and distributed plant controllers. Xcarecrows4MDA provides a complete toolset to build models and check their behavior for standalone applications or whole systems with a hierarchical, state driven approach. A test component checks the safety of the model under various situations.

This open source software benchmarks the queries per second of an Apache Lucene index. It is an Java implementation and uses MultiFieldQueryParser to form a query.
