    PHP dotenv

    PHP dotenv

    Loads environment variables automatically

You should never store sensitive credentials in your code. Storing configuration in the environment is one of the tenets of a twelve-factor app. Anything that is likely to change between deployment environments, such as database credentials or credentials for 3rd party services, should be extracted from the code into environment variables. Basically, a .env file is an easy way to load custom configuration variables that your application needs without having to modify .htaccess files or Apache/nginx virtual hosts. This means you won't have to edit any files outside the project, and all the environment variables are always set no matter how you run your project, Apache, Nginx, CLI, and even PHP's built-in webserver. It's WAY easier than all the other ways you know of to set environment variables, and you're going to love it!

    Web Application Protection

    Web Application Protection

Tool to detect and correct vulnerabilities in PHP web applications

WAP automatic detects and corrects input validation vulnerabilities in web applications written in PHP Language (version 4.0 or higher) and with a low rate of false positives. WAP detects the following vulnerabilities: - SQL injection using MySQL, PostgreSQL and DB2 DBMS - Reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) - Stored XSS - Remote file inclusion - Local file inclusion - Directory traversal - Source code disclosure - OS command injection - PHP code injection WAP is a static analysis tool that performs taint analysis to detect vulnerabilities, tracking malicious users inputs and checking if they reach calls of sensitive functions. It has a low rate of false positives because has implemented a data mining module to predict false positives when detects vulnerabilities. The output of the tool is: - shows the vulnerabilities found and how they are corrected - new files with the corrections

    DEEEP

    DEEEP

Detector of Integer Vulnerabilities in Software Portability

DEEEP is a open source static analysis tool to detect, in C programs, integer vulnerabilities caused by the bad adaption of aplications from ILP32 to LP64. It uses the tools Lint and Splint, and runs over Open Solaris and Linux operating systems. This tool semantically analyses source code. More precisely, it does type checking, data-flow analysis, and it automatically correlates the results of these two types of analysis. Type checking is used for finding bugs on the way integers are handled, and data-flow analysis is used to see if hazardous functions (eg. memcpy, strcpy) are accessible from outside the program. After this two analyses, the tool correlates the results from the previous phases to attain if the data that comes from the inputs are affected by vulnerabilities from porting to LP64, and if these are handled by dangerous functions (memcpy, strcpy,...). In resume, identify if the found bugs

Node.js express.js MongoDB JWT REST API

Node.js express.js MongoDB JWT REST API

Node.js express.js MongoDB JWT REST API - Basic Project Skeleton

This is a basic API REST skeleton written on JavaScript using async/await. Great for building a starter web API for your front-end (Android, iOS, Vue, react, angular, or anything that can consume an API) This project is created to help other developers create a basic REST API in an easy way with Node.js. This basic example shows how powerful and simple JavaScript can be. Do you want to contribute? Pull requests are always welcome to show more features. Custom email/password user system with basic security and blocking for preventing brute force attacks. Login access log with IP, browser and country location (for country it looks for the header cf-ipcountry that CloudFlare creates when protecting your website). NPM script for keeping good source code formatting using prettier and ESLint. JWT Tokens, make requests with a token after login with the Authorization header with value Bearer yourToken where yourToken is the signed and encrypted token given in the response.

    ansvif

    ansvif

An advanced cross platform fuzzing framework suited to find code bugs.

ansvif, or A Not So Very Intelligent Fuzzer, suited to find bugs in code by throwing garbage arguments, files, and environment variables at the target program, that you may or may not have the source code to. It supports many features, such as buffer size, randomization of the buffer size, random data injection, templates, and much more. The purpose of this project is to identify bugs in software, specifically bugs that can induce a segmentation fault under various conditions. This aids security researchers in writing buffer overflows, input validation vulnerabilities, as well as helping one audit code for general logic mistakes.
