PHPWord
PHP library for reading and writing word processing documents
PHPWord is a library written in pure PHP that provides a set of classes to write to and read from different document file formats. The current version of PHPWord supports Microsoft Office Open XML (OOXML or OpenXML), OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument or ODF), and Rich Text Format (RTF). PHPWord is an open source project licensed under the terms of LGPL version 3. PHPWord is aimed to be a high quality software product by incorporating continuous integration and unit testing. Set document properties, e.g. title, subject, and creator. Create document sections with different settings, e.g. portrait/landscape, page size, and page numbering. Create header and footer for each sections, set default font type, font size, and paragraph style. Use UTF-8 and East Asia fonts/characters. Define custom font styles (e.g. bold, italic, color) and paragraph styles (e.g. centered, multicolumns, spacing) either as named style or inline in text. -

The Translation component provides tools to internationalize your application. The term “internationalization” (often abbreviated i18n) refers to the process of abstracting strings and other locale-specific pieces out of your application into a layer where they can be translated and converted based on the user’s locale (i.e. language and country). For text, this means wrapping each with a function capable of translating the text (or “message”) into the language of the user. Enable and configure Symfony’s translation service. Abstract strings (i.e. “messages”) by wrapping them in calls to the Translator (”Basic Translation”). Create translation resources/files for each supported locale that translate each message in the application. Determine, set and manage the user’s locale for the request and optionally on the user’s entire session. The locale used in translations is the one stored on the request. This is typically set via a _locale attribute on your routes. -

Doctrine Annotations allows to implement custom annotation functionality for PHP classes. Annotations aren't implemented in PHP itself which is why this component offers a way to use the PHP doc-blocks as a place for the well known annotation syntax using the @ char. Annotations in Doctrine are used for the ORM configuration to build the class mapping, but it can be used in other projects for other purposes too. You can install the Annotation component with composer. The access to the annotations happens by reflection of the class containing them. There are multiple reader-classes implementing the Doctrine\Common\Annotations\Reader interface, that can access the annotations of a class. A common one is Doctrine\Common\Annotations\AnnotationReader. Note that AnnotationRegistry::registerLoader('class_exists') only works if you already have an autoloader configured (i.e. composer autoloader). Otherwise, please take a look to the other annotation autoload mechanisms. -
