luffy and zoro both look to the speaker of that line, which is revealed to be sanji, who is looking at them through the galley window. he looks at them wide eyed, as if he didn’t realize he’d said anything out loud. after a brief silence, zoro asks, “why do you know that?”. sanji stares at them both for a moment, and then closes the window without a word, leaving luffy and zoro with no answers.

I love One Piece because it’s the only series where you can say “Oh yeah, this new arc opens with Luffy becoming a mother and Zoro immediately committing to the bit as his overprotective husband for a kid he just claimed on sight” and nobody even blinks.
