I saw the 2nd movie and just couldn’t help myself! Loving this family^^
- Neteyam tickles everyone first and is a cunning little monster in the family, but only because he is very (*cough* the most) ticklish out of everyone, and only Jake knows this…… for a while. Until Lo’ak finds out ofc.
- According to Neteyam, Lo’ak is the most ticklish one in the family and for a long time he makes him believe it himself too.
- Lo’ak has especially a hilarious and adorable pitchy laugh when he’s tickled and it makes others (mostly Kiri and even his parents) giggle whenever they hear it.
- Both brothers are very ticklish anywhere and everywhere, but Lo’ak has one of his strongest reactions when someone slides their finger down his back.
- Despite being so ticklish, Lo’ak is on constant missions to wreck Neteyam, even when he gets scolded often because of tickling him during inappropriate moments such as during dinner or breakfast, other more serious times or when they are supposed to sleep.
- As they grow up, the tickle battles between Neteyam and Lo’ak get more rough and competitive. While Neteyam sees them as fooling around with his brother, they tend to get serious for Lo’ak.
- Tuk loves to have her feet tickled, it makes her giggle hysterically but she loves it.
- Kiri is quite ticklish (especially on her tummy) and often has playful tickle fights with Tuk, but they are never rough or too wild. Somehow she has this energy that makes her brothers very careful with her, as in, they can try to poke her but she just has this “don’t even try me” kind of aura and proved it once when she tickled Lo’ak to death. Ever since then they are cautious and might just poke her a few times but not without running far far away.
- The one who doesn’t mind her aura and does tickle her a lot is Spider, and she tickles ‘Monkey Boy’ back just as much. They experience a lot of playful chases and teases and he’s the only one to draw out hysterical carefree laughter from her once in a while.
Random note: I love Spider, he’s precious and I often thought he deserved better T0T
- Miles / Spider is a very tickly and playful Monkey Boy in the family. He often provokes tickle fights and causes chaos between the brothers.
- He is very ticklish but also very nimble so it’s not easy to tickle him unless he’s pinned down, and at least four hands are needed to punish him for his tickly antics.
- Neteyam and Lo’ak get cooperative when they are trying to tickle him, even though they are a bit clumsy and bump fingers often or mess up their strategy, making him escape again.
- Spider uses his small size mostly in his advantage, and climbs and jumps on the others while attacking them with surprise tickles. Still there are times when he’s just scooped up and tickled on his belly and sides with ease. Then he’s just hysterical. As long as he can avoid getting tickled he’s hard to catch.
- His laughter is very bright and cheerful! It makes everyone laugh along with him, it’s very contagious. He also scrunches his nose up adorably.
- Neytiri often blames the loud tickle fests on him even when he isn’t involved.
- He calls himself a tickly Spider when he attacks his siblings but it often works against him when they use spider-tickly techniques on him, especially when they learn about ‘itsy bitsy spider’-sort of songs from humans.
- When the kids are having tickle fights, Neytiri often jokes towards Jake that their ‘weak’ ticklishness comes from him and she teases him a lot.
- Although Jake is a lot more ticklish than she is, he isn’t entirely incapable of making her laugh and giggle, such as when he tickles her ears or tail, and her thighs but these spots where she’s the most ticklish are all quite intimate, so it doesn’t often happen outside eh, date night.
