Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are only available in the case of a manufacturer's defect in the product. If an item is defective, please contact us within five business days of receiving the item and before sending it back.

Returns for store credit and exchanges for like products are happily accepted. Please let us know about any return or exchange requests within 7 to 10 business days to begin the transaction. The purchaser is responsible for all extra shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging and condition. Labels and tags must be intact, yarn cannot be wound, and products cannot be exposed to odors, the elements, pets, or be soiled in any way.

Items sent back without prior notification are not eligible for exchange or return and will be returned to the sender. Returns are not accepted for digital content or sale items.

We do our best to provide images that show the true colors of each item. However, colors may vary depending on the device or settings used. If you have any questions about colors or sizes, feel free to reach out and we can supply additional photographs upon request.
