Terrible quality, poor customer service or actually no customer service . Daylight ROBBERS! haven't provided refund fo such poor quality garments. i made the biggest mistake in ordering and then spending more money to return- what am idiot !!!

I ordered a dress July 2025! Returned this dress at the end of July 2025 asking for a full refund. I have now received the dress back February 2026 with no contact from the company and no refund!!! This is absolutely disgusting. SCAM!!

absolutely is a scam this company all the them clothes is very very poor quality in the picture. It’s a different when you received. be aware because you will not get the refund so don’t waste your time to buy anything from this company. Also they are very dodgy. They’re not let you pay on PayPal because they know you will get the money back. Also they from China
I ordered some shoes from last year August where I received is a different colour. I refund the shoes and they no pick up till February 2026. Now I received the shoes back to UK. What a joke

My order from Couture-Moda was a deeply disappointing scam. The actual items were cheap, poor-quality imports that bore no resemblance to the stylish material shown in their promotional pictures.

Key Issues:

1. False Advertising: Products are misrepresented. What you receive is not what is pictured.
2. No Refunds: Despite the substandard goods, the company refuses to provide refunds.
3. Deceptive Contact Information: They list a UK address, but it appears false. Customer service is linked only to a mobile number in the Netherlands.
4. Facade of Support: Their email communication seems polite but is designed to delay and ultimately deny any real resolution.

This company operates dishonestly. I am reporting them to relevant ombudsmen and consumer protection agencies. I urge potential customers to avoid Couture-Moda entirely to prevent financial loss

Do not use this company. I ordered 2 dresses for my sisters wedding which were very delayed in arriving. The dresses were in themselves 'not bad', but not suitable after all. It turned out the dresses had to be returned to China at a cost of £26 only to find they have been sent back to me 5 months later! What a disingenuous company. May they fail quickly.

I received clothes that were far too small and completely different from the size guide. When I contacted customer service about returns and a refund, they acted like it was my fault. Very unhelpful and frustrating.

No chance to return item, they asked me to send it back to China....never received a refund, stopped replying my emails.
Just avoid, it's cheating company

This company does not deserve even one star- they are a complete scam.
I bought some dresses purporting to be Linen…they were polyester.
Avoid buying from this retailer. I returned the items to China and waited for the package to supposedly’ clear customs’…after six months I’m still chasing them. I got half my money back with the promise of the other half when the package cleared customs finally. I’m still chasing them…

I purchased some shoes, they arrived 10 days later, nothing like the picture on the website, wrong size, crushed as they were not packaged properly and they stank of a putrid aroma! Not a nice leather smell of a quality pair of shoes! I contacted them and then at my cost sent the shoes back! Never received a refund as tracking reports stated “Awaiting Customs clearance!” After many emails to their customer services, they now do not reply. SCAM company!

Yet again I find myself leaving yet another poor review as I am still being ghosted by this horrendous company!!
Despite their promises, they are still ghosting me and refusing to respond - having told me they’d refunded into my account - even lying about the date the payment was made!
An out and out lie as the payment was never made hence I am being ghosted.

I received items that were not as described, very poor quality and paid to send these back to the seller. They are "stuck in customs" according to the royal mail tracking and the seller has refused to refund the items in full, offering 50%. They also offered store credit of 70% of the purchase price but I would not want to receive any of their poor quality items and believe this to be a complete scam. I have reported them to trading standards.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. Items not as pictured and when you return at your own cost you do not get a refund they just ignore your emails. I have lost £70.

I am £66 out of pocket. Do NOT BUY from this company. It is a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. Orderd boots in August, they arrived weeks later, not my size. I had to pay to return the boots to get a refund which they said they would give. Once they received the boots I heard nothing back. Ignored my emails. Fortunately my bank stepped in and I got a full refund but not the £66 it cost me to return them. If I had know they came from China no way would I have considered buying them. They were not leather as described and cheap.

Ordered a £50 dress for a wedding and it arrived and was the worst quality. Paid £20 to send it back to China in July and have since then not received a refund. They offered me 50% refund whilst I wait, which they never followed through with. The tracking status has said it is stuck in customs in China (due to them not paying the fee). Today I then received the dress back in the post!!! So I now have lost out £70 and have the sh*tty dress back!

AVOID THIS ONLINE RETAILER! Ordered 2 bikinis in August. Now December and no refund! They told me it was lost in customs, and have now ignored my last 3 emails.

Horrible service and a scam,have ordered a bag from them and the size was not what we expected.We sent the bag back months ago and have requested a full refund time and time again but they have not sent it or replied to our emails.

Do not order from this company. I returned an item in April it's now November and despite contacting them on a weekly basis I've still not had a refund. They keep saying they will refund but don't. Then ignore you emails.

Ordered from this company. Items of clothing were awfully small like for a dolly. Despite these items being dispatched from a warehouse in England I was instructed to send these back to china. I paid a lot to do this and had proof of sending these back and still after months I received no refund despite numerous emails.
