I had a 12 month contract with Crexi the high pressure salesman that sold me the contract told me that at the end of the 12 months I would be on a month to month renewal at the same price. that was not what happened at the 12 months they renewed for another year at a higher rate when I went to cancel they said I still had 7 months left on my contract, costing my thousands, no room for Compromise with this company.
I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I had a training session with Joshua Ellis. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on every issue but, equally important, he was engaging and friendly. His bedside manner is enviable. He has a vast command of the English language which he puts to good use effortlessly. The flow of his presentation was as if it had been written for a movie screenplay: smooth, informative, and always on point. As I told him when we disengaged, he is a credit to your firm in every way.

Mason was VERY helpful showing me how the auction process works with CREXI and as I go about the task of figuring how best to use CREXI to stimulate action on my current listing.

Crexi is a great company to work with as a commercial real estate broker. Their platform is intuitive and is priced well for the services offered. Crexi Intelligence is also very competitively priced for the information that provide and has been a very useful tool in finding historic property information and comps for my clients.

So far our experience has not been good. This was a prerecorded video so no chance for questions. After 15 minutes it was only showing features in the next higher level so the upsale was really what this was about.

I signed up directly with Crexi for $272 per month, and later discovered that I already had free access through my Long Island MLS. I contacted Crexi as soon as I realized this and requested to cancel, but even after six months they refused to stop billing me.

There was no flexibility, no willingness to work with me, and no consideration for the fact that I already had complimentary access through my MLS. Their customer service simply kept charging without offering any reasonable solution.

I’m sharing this so other brokers and investors don’t make the same mistake. Check with your MLS first—Crexi will not cancel once they have you on a paid plan, even if you qualify for free access elsewhere.

This business and the store manager named SAM and others. Are all conspiring to defraud the public. Especially those who purchase their trashy, substandard & defective items they sell in store. They won't refund your money for such garbage they sell to ripp-off the public, upon request. They'll just take your money and will automatically deny your refund, receipt or not. This business and the manufacturer of said garbage product, also don't have a valid contact information to make a warranty claim. Total scammers on both sides! Manager SAM, who is extremely rude, a bad attitude of a junk yard pitbull, insulting, hostile, disrespectful and unprofessional, also refused to provide me with their corporate contact information. Even when I've tried to obtain that information, there is no human that will take your complaint and/or contact you back. They want to to continue scamming and ripping-off without being called out on it and remain anonymous hiding behind their closed doors, desks and offices! Bunch of cowards and snakes. All of them. I don't ever recommend anyone shopping and purchasing their garbage products. If anything goes wrong with what you purchased, they'll quickly deny any responsibility and refuse any warranty claims. Stay far away from this filthy store, which BTW, barely opened. They think they can come to this community, whom we didn't invite them to "pitch their disgusting tent" in this town to simply steal from this community. I truly hope this dump doesn't last in this town or any of their trashy stores for that matter. T I P: Report these crooks to USDA/CALIFORNIA STATE ATTORNEY OFFICE for EBT fraud andB other illegal business practices immediately.

We worked with Martha Pope. She was so supportive, convincing us to stick with the price we'd hoped for. There were several offers and the old adage that the first offer is the best offer didn't apply to us. It was worth the wait. When we were willing to spend money in any way she suggested, she said we didn't need to... Honestly, it was a breeze working with her. I would highly recommend her!
