I got a link to review my new leather Freedom chair but the shipment has been delayed three times and so I don't actually have it yet.

The website also needs a refreshed user interface with more consistency and attention to detail. I can't for the life of me tell the difference between a Freedom Headrest and a Freedom Ocean Headrest.

I'll edit this review when I receive the chair. But this is my first ever purchase of a "premium" product and I expected a better experience.

Very easy to use website and excellent products, they are expensive but you only buy them once.

Presales Support was great. I was able to get all my questions answered quickly to make sure what I ordered would work in my office.

I ordered a $3k+ chair, it never arrived. Humanscale says UPS lost it (UPS does not claim it was delivered, just that it was picked up, weeks ago), but is not otherwise replying to messages, refunding, or sending a new chair. They just plan to keep the money.
Have obviously processed a charge back and reported merchant fraud, but its dissapoint that a supposedly premium brand is just basically committed theft/fraud.

Good range of replacement parts and reasonable prices

This is the second chair I've bought. Yes, they are expensive. But they are incredibly comfortable & well made. No squeaking, and I'm nearly three years into using my first one without a single issue, no signs of fatigue. Worth the extra money if you have the option. My partner liked mine so much he asked for one as a gift.

I like buying directly from the manufacturer and the offer is good. However, I don't like not knowing when it will ship or arrive and really don't like not being able to speak or chat to someone about questions on the product itself and separately about the purchase. I have submitted multiple "support" tickets days ago and have not been contacted yet, so I am purchasing on hope that it is what I need and that it arrives in a reasonable timeframe.
