Never received my order.
I reached out to them to find out the status and they told me they dis not have the product in stock. I wonder why no one told me this, they had to wait until I reached out in order to inform me.
Then, I asked for a refund and I received no response.
I already claimed the transaction with my bank. Horrible service.

I can no longer order from y'all when I went to check out you now longer except debit cards

This is the only place that sells my vapes, and sometimes it takes a little longer to ship, but honestly, I’ve been very pleased with this company

This is literally the WORST company I’ve ever ordered from online and that is a bold statement. I’m always so patient because I also run a busy online website with orders coming in from all over the country and world! But wow, I’m beyond over asking for my gift card refunded since I never received my order and then I get argued with that I spent some odd $50/$60 of the gift card on another order that I never even placed with that card. So they refunded me $11. That is 100% incorrect.

Not sure where the heck they get their info or how they’re inputting their data from their orders or customers but Jesus Christ.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars. First time I placed an order and never received I had to cancel payment with my card because no reply from their customer service at all. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and ordered again and paid for express shipping. Here I am a week later still being told there was a "technical issue". Requested a refund but after a day or so I will have to call my card to cancel again.

Horrible business. I should have read the reviews for this place first! Customer service IS NON EXISTENT! Dont even try to contact because you will get NOTHING! Not even a refund, or the items you bought! Stay away, and if its to late and you bought something, do an immediate bank claim!

I placed my order on December 30th and there was only one holiday in that time frame and I still have not received my order. I will never order from this place again. This was my first time and my last time.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with online. They take your money and then they take their time shipping your items, if they ever get shipped at all. Do not do business with them. Go with someone reputable if you want to actually get what you pay for.

Did not receive my package was supposed to be here today. Jan 5th was in colorado Springs yesterday. Now. Today, it's back in Florida. So, right. Now, it's not a pleasant experience. I hope to get it soon

I placed my order AUG 2025 and because of inventory, I haven’t been shipped my items. They only allow store credit. I can compliment the email response team for always replying to my annoying status update emails. We’ll see if I ever receive my package.

Lousquare never reimbursed me or reshipped my order. They also stopped responding to my emails. Shopping local now. Hope Lousquare goes out of business.

I ordered peanut butter and never received it. They took my money 2 months ago.
Then recently I sent an email...please send banana or cherry. No response.

Refuse to send the item ordered or give refund. Completely illegal to not do a refund of funds if not shipping item within posted timeframe given and they are NEVER sending the item but will not refund funds. Will only give store credit so I had to request refund through my bank. Horrible business, owner has no clue of what is legal.

Defrauded $700 USD. DO NOT do what I did. I placed an order in late Sept. 2025 for $350. Then another (after receiving a $50 coupon as a "reward" for the lateness placed another order for another $350. I received only 1 box of puff vapes. This was about 15% of my total order. I asked several times about the status of both the orders. On Oct 31st was emailed saying they were revamping their system and "would resume normal operations and will mail remaining orders the following week. In late November I asked again. No Response. I have been cheated of $600 dollars. Do NOT order from this company.
