Motorpoint made the whole experience very smooth and hassle free. Any staff member I dealt with were helpful and polite. Made the whole process extremely easy. First time I've used them but would definitely use again and recommend.

Popped in to look and get ideas for a new car. Sam approached us, very approachable and relaxed. Absolutely no pressure leaving us to browse. Saw a couple of cars we liked and took one on a test drive.

Was undecided on the day however there was no pressure put on us to commit to any deal. Returned the following day to seal the deal. Sam assisted in retaining my old registration number. He was professional, courteous, helpful throughout whole process. Spoke to a number of other staff members during my visits and all very helpful and professional. If you are going to Motor point Peterborough would highly recommend seeking out Sam as he will look after you.

An all round good experience

Although it took a little longer to get the car, I had to wait nearly a month as it was at another site, I am happy with the car and the staff were always helpful

This is first time buying car from an online outlet. Viewed car on line having been looking for a few months at various web sites. Motorpoint must have purchased a batch as suddenly appeared around the country except district I live. Agreed to view over one hundred miles away but, all of sudden, local outlet had same style, make etc etc. Made visit to outlet to be informed not there but should be soon. Anyway, agreed to change from other district. Waited longer then expected but was worth the wait. Car exactly what I was looking for. The purchase was quick and efficient and PX exactly as agreed a few weeks earlier. Why not five stars, all the staff on phone and direct were courteous and friendly. What let them down was the lack of communication, on line and phone. My personal opinion but communication of what is happening at all stages is key. Nobody could tell me where car was at any time. Thats what let my experience down.
