The process of sending photos and communication with MyGemma is excellent. It only took a few days to receive a quote. They call you and you actually speak to someone. I checked around for better prices for my Chanel medium single flap (in Very good condition) and prices came close but were not as good. I should have waited though because after I sold the bag, I received a quote from another company that was $1400 more than what they offered. Even though the process was easy, hold out before you commit to selling your valuable designer bags. You may just get a better price❗️
