I've had it installed and working for a couple of months now and am fully satisfied. It heats and cools the space comfortably and quietly.

Wrong motor!!!
The wrong motor was received! A RGB50B was received. A 12/cD/OZ was ordered. Invoice #241934. Order took 4+ weeks to receive. I would like a pickup order and a refund for my purchase price.

I love your product and strongly…recommend it
I love your product and strongly recommend it. I'm giving 1 star because my 24k aura unit was 2 1/2 years old , the compressor failed and it ruined the main board in the process. Even though the compressor had a 10 yr warranty, the company claimed it couldn't stand behind it because as of January 1st the refrigerant in the unit couldn't be used in the US any longer. They did offer what I thought was a small discount on an identical unit with the new refrigerant. In addition, i had to pay for an hvac company to come and diagnose the failure. If it weren't for the otherwise known quality of their brand, I would have gone elsewhere . Very disappointed. It's not not my goal to give poor review of the product, but just the way they handled the unusual circumstance.

I explained my problem to the representative, he understood the issue, saw that my unit was still on warrantee and offered an immediate replacement part.
I can't expect more than that!

The only issue I had was 3 boxes were shipped and I received only one tracking number. I received an email from you saying everything was delivered and there was no way to track the 3rd package. It showed up a couple days later. The unit is doing great.

I'd do it all over again
I've had 2 Senville mini-split units for 8 years. One unit failed due to a power surge. Decided to update both units from R410 to using 454b refrigerant. Order was delivered less than 5 days from placing it. New units draw less power than the old as well. Actual progress in action!
I previously had a circuit board fail on a ceiling cassette. Tech support verified the issue and had a replacement board shipped the same day.
Great products, great support. Thanks!!!

Great service. I broke the cover on my indoor unit, I called and they just looked up my product and shipped me the new part. Yes it cost money, but it was super reasonable and shipping was free!
