Terrible
Terrible, non communicative, AI only last-mile delivery service that uses local citizens instead of employees. I often make purchases on Ebay from 3-4 different well-established Chinese sellers. Normally my packages start with Speedpak in CN and then USPS takes over in the US. 30 orders in total, 27 of which were completed by USPS and 3 by Uniuni(Uni Express). There were the occasional delays by USPS, which is fine, because they were communicative and the packages were always traceable - all packages were eventually received. However, dealing with Uniuni was a nightmare. They do not update you at all. You won't even know they are the ones set to deliver your packages unless you go to a universal tracking website with your original Speedpak tracking number. All 3 of my Uniuni packages stated 'Wrong Address - Returning to Warehouse'. Which warehouse? You will never find out. What address did they allegedly attempt delivery? You will never find out. Open a ticket with AI and you'll get an AI response. No details. If you're lucky, after approximately 2 weeks of silence you'll get an email(only IF you opened a ticket) from Uniuni AI that tells you the package has officially been returned to an undisclosed warehouse. They instruct you to respond to this email to learn of your options for retrieving the package. Weeks later they respond. End results: Order #1 and order #2 were returned to CN due to 'Wrong Address'. Order #3 was lost. I was never even given the option of picking up my package from a warehouse.

They said there was a problem with the address, but this was 1 of 3 packages and the other two through other companies were delivered correctly.
I tried to get a hold of them three times starting three different support messages. First one was ignored. Second one said that the package was delivered (despite their website saying it wasn't).
"Your package has been delivered. To view details such as the date and time of delivery and proof of delivery photos, please visit url and proceed with the following instructions: "
Third one they said there was a problem with the address and I provided it.
"We have identified an issue with the address on your parcel, which may prevent successful delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify and update your address details by responding to this message with the following information:"
They never responded to when I provided the address and never tried delivering the package (again or for the first time?). I even tried calling them and there was a message saying the phone line wasn't connected.
I didn't hear back from them until they asked me to rate their customer support: 1 out of 5. After submitting, someone wrote me saying they couldn't do anything because they had already returned it to the sender:
"Your parcel has been returned to the sender’s warehouse. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For further assistance, we recommend contacting your vendor directly.
If you have any other questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to ask.

UniUni Support Team"
I feel like incompetence doesn't even express the level of incompetence they have.

Text said delivered. No package. Checked tracking and it showed pictures of someone’s else’s residence. Then I noticed that the two pics of the house were different, one had a cropped house number sign and the other didn’t. Plus, it also had the coordinates on the pictures of where they were taken. UniUni could have cared less. Then they had me jump through hoops to send them pictures of my real house showing my address! They could have googled it. I was lucky that the company I bought through reimbursed me totally, but I had to prove and provide them with updated details, emails, pictures. I also filed a complaint with e-commerce as they supposedly keep track of problems, but they don’t investigate them. I also pleaded with the vendor not to use UniUni as a carrier.

I would like to respectfully file a complaint regarding a recent delivery. I clearly indicated in the delivery instructions that the package must be placed at the front door. However, it was left inside an unattended mailbox, which is not secured.
This is concerning because the mailbox is accessible and increases the risk of theft or loss. I kindly ask that delivery drivers carefully review and follow the provided instructions to ensure packages are delivered safely and correctly.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope this can be addressed to prevent future issues.
Failed delivery poor customer service
The package was to be delivered on a day when we had snow and ice. I stayed home all day and there was no delivery. I assumed it would have been due to the inclement weather. However the status showed that multiple attempts were made to deliver and that the package was being returned to the warehouse. Failed delivery because of a wrong address. Bullshit! Had to reach them over phone but I get to just use their stupid chatbot. I get a reply that I would have to reschedule delivery only after the package had reached the warehouse. A good 24h later apparently the package has reached the warehouse. I finally reach customer service, a live person who seemed less helpful than the stupid chatbot. I give them the same address, phone number, email and Landmarks. I receive another chatbot message saying the 2nd delivery has been scheduled and I should wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS! It took less time to reach Canada from China!!
Delivered to a wrong address and they don't care.
Delivered to a wrong address and the confirmation photos prove it was delivered to a wrong address. I tried their chatbot 3 times without answer. Eventually I received an email from them stating that they delivered the package. Within 3 months they delivered my orders to wrong addresses. Totally incompetent company.
Failed expierience
I've had two companies use Uniuni and they didn't even attempt delivery for either shipment (Nutrafol and Mellow). Despite the tracking saying there was an attempt and me being home all day at an easy to find apartment with a digital buzzer, I failed to receive my package. In both instances it had to be re-shipped with a more reputable company.
One of the times I hit tracking it actually said my order was out for shipment in a city 400 miles away. Scammers.

Delivers at 2am and leaves packages to be ran over
They had a independent driver delivering at 2am, and delivered the package on the actual street, and in the morning it was gone. Not sure if it was ran over or if the delivery person just took it. I think this delivery service was switched from walmart as a cheap alternative but it is costing them more now, since packages need to be replaced. They suck.
Package stolen
Like many others, I had a package from youtooz stolen by the driver... They'll take a picture of it on your porch but then take it and sell it... I can't believe they're still in business after it's been made so well known that they're thieves. When's the class action lawsuit happening??

This company just left my package out on the street! I had three signs saying to bring packages to the front door. No way you can miss the 3 signs. When I tried to contact the company, that was another problem all in it self. This is a horrible company! The company I ordered from hates them too!
Thieving Delivery Company
Claimed that an attempt to deliver was made, but that is absolutely false. They stated they would try again in 24-48 hours, but it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for any type of update. This is literally theft and the company should be sued for all they're worth. Do NOT use this company.
I had ordered a parcel from Shein
I had ordered a parcel from Sheehan, which Uni Uni was going to deliver. They delivered the parcel at night and put it on the back of my husband‘s truck with snow on it. The parcels white as well did not put it on our front door which was shovelled and clear. When my husband left at six in the morning in the dark didn’t know there was a parcel on the back of the truck because you could not see it and it’s gone. I complained to Union Union and Sheehan and have not heard anything back in two weeks.
Avoid Uniuni unless you enjoy lost packages and the runaround
Delivery was to be to Stanford University. First attempt failed because they tried to deliver at night, despite instructions that delivery must be during weekday business hours. Second attempt failed because, they claimed, they could not find the location -- they could not find the university?? They claimed success on the third try, but their own "confirmation" photo shows a timestamp of late night on Saturday of a three-day weekend, and the photo shows brickwork not found anywhere on campus. The driver obviously was dishonest. The company's customer service website is useless as their bot asks for information about the problems but then loops you back to the landing page without doing anything.
Uniuni is a bad combination of incompetent and dishonest. AliExpress issued a refund, but in the form of credit. I hesitate to reorder if Uniuni is again going to be involved.
To quote Shakespeare, Uniuni sucks. I hope they go out of business soon. They are indistinguishable from a scam.

Horrible Company, don’t recommend at ALL
Not only are the drivers completely careless with packages but they take forever to deliver, if they deliver at all. I’ve had 4/6 packages go “missing”. I’ve had drivers throw packages from the end of my driveway to my doorstep (it’s three stairs) and break my items. I’ve had drivers hold onto my packages for up to a week before even trying to deliver them. I wish companies would just use a different and better delivery service than UniUni. They’re careless, impossible to get a hold of and their drivers are absolutely terrible.
This company is a disaster and unreliable
This company is a disaster. There should be no reason that there are multiple people talking about the fact that they give out notices for failed delivery attempts, even though they never show up to our homes. I have been waiting on a bellesa order and I paid for faster shipping but instead I’m not receiving the package, cannot pick it up and can’t even cancel the order. This is a scam company, company’s need to use anything but this website. And to UniUni themselves I would like to say that many people suffer by your hands and spend money for essentially no purpose because of the way your company conducts itself. Please do better for future customers or shut down your USA service.
Never ship with Uni Uni
My package was to be 1 to 5 days shipping from Ontario to Vancouver. After 11 days, it was finally in Burnaby, 20 minutes from Vancouver. A few days later the tracking said "wrong Routed", not exactly customer friendly terms. You can talk to an ai bot, but thats it. Its been Now its the weekend, maybe monday, Monday will of been 19 days!!!

I would think Facebook could do better, as this product is a piece of crap. It has nothing to do with the Japanese Kitsugi art craft.
It’s a rubber product that has to be inflated with gold paint on it and if there was a way to get my hundred dollars back for this “basketball” that looks considerably smaller than the image shown on Facebook I would
