Despicable service, incompetent delivery and zero fcuks given
I am absolutely furious with Dreame. What I have been put through is beyond unacceptable.
I bought a Dreame H12 Pro specifically because I am disabled and cannot push a mop and drag the bucket around. This machine was purchased specifically to alleviate pain and help me maintain my floors. Instead, I’ve been left without a working floor cleaner for almost a month because of their terrible support.
The clean-water tank started leaking, so I contacted support on 17.10.25. Kareem told me a replacement tank was on the way (Ticket #83281678). It never arrived.
I contacted them again ten days later to say nothing arrived. Sarah said the first parcel was “lost in transit” and promised a second replacement (Ticket #83303450). That one also never arrived.
Today, after calling for the third time, I was told the second replacement wasn’t even coming because the request for the replacement was sent to the wrong place??!!
Now they want to reorder the part AGAIN. *&%$£!
Meanwhile, I haven’t been able to clean my floors for three weeks. With my disability, mopping manually is extremely painful — that’s the entire reason I bought this machine in the first place. By the time the new “promised” part arrives, it will be a full month of living without the machine I paid £250 FOR because they can’t competently ship a simple tank.
What makes this even more insulting is that if I ordered a brand-new machine today, they can deliver it next working day, free of charge.
But when it comes to honouring their warranty and helping an existing customer — especially one who relies on their product for accessibility — they have completely failed.
Yet another ticket has been created (83318392) although Amma was very kind she said the manager was not at work today and she could not do anything other than reorder another part but she did say she has escalated my frustration to another department to expedite shipping, they will contact me back within 24 hours she said (fingers crossed she's being truthful this time)
This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and honestly, downright disrespectful. I regret ever buying from this company, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before doing the same. The service is despicable and dismissive.
From the reviews I wish in hindsight I would have visited this site before making such a high value purchase !!
So incredibly upset and genuinely emotional about the unprofessionalism of this company, no complaints process, no managers on shift no escalation team, no accountability anywhere. What the hell is going on I have spent serious money on a machine that is not fit for purpose and has stood still for nearly a month!!!
I feel discriminated and ignored...
