They DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and I visited the
registered address and guess what? NOTHING
It’s incredible they are still trading and I could kick myself for being duped.

Despicable service, incompetent delivery and zero fcuks given

I am absolutely furious with Dreame. What I have been put through is beyond unacceptable.

I bought a Dreame H12 Pro specifically because I am disabled and cannot push a mop and drag the bucket around. This machine was purchased specifically to alleviate pain and help me maintain my floors. Instead, I’ve been left without a working floor cleaner for almost a month because of their terrible support.

The clean-water tank started leaking, so I contacted support on 17.10.25. Kareem told me a replacement tank was on the way (Ticket #83281678). It never arrived.

I contacted them again ten days later to say nothing arrived. Sarah said the first parcel was “lost in transit” and promised a second replacement (Ticket #83303450). That one also never arrived.

Today, after calling for the third time, I was told the second replacement wasn’t even coming because the request for the replacement was sent to the wrong place??!!
Now they want to reorder the part AGAIN. *&%$£!

Meanwhile, I haven’t been able to clean my floors for three weeks. With my disability, mopping manually is extremely painful — that’s the entire reason I bought this machine in the first place. By the time the new “promised” part arrives, it will be a full month of living without the machine I paid £250 FOR because they can’t competently ship a simple tank.
What makes this even more insulting is that if I ordered a brand-new machine today, they can deliver it next working day, free of charge.
But when it comes to honouring their warranty and helping an existing customer — especially one who relies on their product for accessibility — they have completely failed.
Yet another ticket has been created (83318392) although Amma was very kind she said the manager was not at work today and she could not do anything other than reorder another part but she did say she has escalated my frustration to another department to expedite shipping, they will contact me back within 24 hours she said (fingers crossed she's being truthful this time)

This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and honestly, downright disrespectful. I regret ever buying from this company, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before doing the same. The service is despicable and dismissive.

From the reviews I wish in hindsight I would have visited this site before making such a high value purchase !!
So incredibly upset and genuinely emotional about the unprofessionalism of this company, no complaints process, no managers on shift no escalation team, no accountability anywhere. What the hell is going on I have spent serious money on a machine that is not fit for purpose and has stood still for nearly a month!!!
I feel discriminated and ignored...

Not fantastic by any means but not terrible either - lessons learned for sure

Mmm 6 months in 2.7 stone down.
Had many issues with Shemed I’m not gonna lie.
Good for the most part but some aspects have been absolutely shockingly poor.
I’ve had a couple of pens lock up so I’ve had to draw down and inject with an ordinary syringe. I did report this to customer service twice but have never received a response. good job I know what I’m doing.
Communication is very poor from this company except when it’s time to check in!!
Then they pester you every few hours saying it’s time to check in lol BEHAVE we’re all adults, we don’t need to speak to someone halfway across the world, to stand on ceremony to weigh in…
Sometimes skipping the check in is unavoidable so just leave it alone, no need to pester. Also alleged clinicians review your progress which I don’t believe to be true as I reached a plateau month 3 for 8 weeks on 5mg and did not shift a single oz but was told “it’s normal” IT’s not normal it’s deceitful and while I wanted to remain on the programme I wanted to step up to 7.5mg and I felt I was being robbed. I sent an email and was ignored so I found a previous exchange and responded through that address and said I either go up to 7.5mg or I cancel my direct payment. Hey presto next delivery 7.5mg
I know weight loss must be monitored but come on we all know our own bodies and know when something is working or not !
Anyway one month on 7.5mg and 11 pound down, so it’s proof we know trust me.
For all those people having troubles I suggest join a support group on socials they really help and give you great honest tips. Not necessarily Shemed but any Mounjaro support group. I found some great advice.
Overall I’m happy with Shemed for the cost each month but would I recommend them going forward, no I wouldn’t. I’m coming to the end of my journey so will look for a different company for my maintenance plan soon.
At around £30 per month cheaper than its competitors Shemed have helped me reaching my much needed weight loss goal. My advice Shop around read the reviews do your homework do your homework!!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THE APP

I bought the book as a gift for my daughter and son in law and my impending arrival of my grandson and it’s beautiful albeit expensive.
However tonight I got a notification to say that £24.99 has gone out of my bank !!
I did not agree to this and I’m very upset about it as I do not want to subscribe to the app or the website or whatever it is they’ve taken this money for!!
I have contacted Apple for an immediate refund this is not what I expected and I don’t want a subscription I don’t have a baby and didnot give my permission for this money to be taken.

I should have at least received an email saying a subscription was going to be set up and give me the option to say no !!
I don’t like being scammed and have reported the company to Apple as misleading

Fabulous delivery times on affordable goods.

Have used this company before so was confident it was a good reputable company.
Ordered my side opening ottoman double bed online on the evening of the 12th Feb with a little help from Olivia who advised it was in stock and available for delivery Friday 14th, I did double check as I was monumentally let down by another bed company taking 7 weeks to not turn up !!
I received a notification as soon as I placed the order confirming Friday delivery as promised.
Late Thursday another text to say between 07:00hrs & 09:00hrs for delivery. At 07:58hrs on Friday a call from delivery driver advising he was half hour away. Delivery arrived and was promptly dropped off into my hallway, driver and mate were about to leave when I reminded them I had in fact paid £25 for the bed to be taken upstairs to the bedroom. So off they went, one chap took his shoes off the other one didn't which I was a little disappointed about tbf.
I built the bed single handily in around 2 and a half hours which I am pleased about.
I had made note of another previous review, that stated the instructions were of poor quality and actually misleading, so I searched for the model of the bed on google and downloaded very clear, comprehensive and easy to follow instructions which I had absolutely no problem with.
Overall the bed is great and delivery times super excellent but I have two niggles.
Firstly the delivery men made no attempt to take the bed upstairs initially - I have no doubt this would have been on the manifest as I paid £25 -£15 more than standard delivery. So if I hadn't spoken up the bed would still be sat in my entrance hall as I had no way of getting the heavy large boxes up the stairs on my own.
Secondly the smaller of the two men dragged the heaviest box across my very expensive Kardeen floor in the hallway which made me wince as it sounded awful, luckily no damage to the floor but this should not have been done at all. Both men should have lifted and carried the boxes together, not struggled individually scraping floors and bashing my oak staircase.
Anyway like I said luckily no damage so I'm relieved about that.
In a nutshell Happy Beds, Speak to your delivery crew about the importance of customers property and respect for peoples homes and you will be the best bed company in the UK bar none.
Every day is a school day ;-)

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!

I ordered my new bed from sleep beds on the 1st January 2025 and website states 5 to 10 days for delivery I also chose the in home assembly service as it was free. White glove specialist delivery scheduled for today Sunday 19th January with a 4 hour window and an aim to get to me by 2:30 confirmed by email.
I was home by 12 just in case they came early and checked the tracking details saying I was delivery number 11 of 13 today. At 5:12pm I checked again and the delivery team were on delivery no 9 so just two stops away from me. At 5:15pm I received a phone called from an Asian man claiming to be from the delivery team saying they had a problem and their van was currently on the back of a breakdown truck and they weren’t going to deliver my bed today. I am extremely disappointed as I have been sleeping on a mattress in the floor for over a week, because who keeps their old bed until the new one comes (no one)
Any way just out of curiosity I logged back into the tracking system and at it states the delivery team is now on drop 13 of 13 !!!??!
I’m absolutely livid to find out that the Asian man lied to me because now according to the system all deliveries except mine have been fulfilled, this is truly the most despicable behaviour I have received ever.
The fact of the matter is they’ve looked at the manifest and seen that I’ve chosen to have my bed assembled and it’s late and it’s dark and it’s going to take another hour and they simply cannot be bothered to do it!!
I’ll be calling sleep beds in the morning to complain about the appalling situation and to cancel my order and get a refund.
I’m also going to put in a FOI request regarding the breakdown. DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP

Called sleep beds the retailer and after waiting 40 minutes in a queue finally spoke to an advisor. I expressed my intention to cancel the order and to get a refund, she did a quick check to see when the delivery was rescheduled for and she told me it would be no sooner than 3rd of February!!! I insisted on a refund and she then advised me that would also take between 10 and 20 days!!!
I am truly flabbergasted by the company who has taken my money and not delivered the goods. With absolutely no apology for the preposterously poor performance.
I wait with trepidation.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I show cats all over the country and sometimes get little samples from companies who sell cat related products in an effort to get more customers through this medium. Recently I’ve seen a lot of catit products like little bags of treats. Anyway I never really thought about it because I’ve always bought the same brand of treats and my cats love them, but last show I saw catit products and a magazine in the gift bag so I had a look. I placed an order for around £38 on the 5th of November! I received an email to say my order was being prepared and would be shipped out within 3-5 days. To be honest I did forget about it until I received another email asking me to review the products.
I re read the original email and tried to track the shipment by copying and pasting the tracking information and the link in the email to the shipping company. Alas it said no information was available as no delivery had been attempted so tracking was not available!! I contacted catit customer service via the contact us form and received a very disappointing response from quite a patronising customer support supervisor. He was dismissive of the situation and reiterated that I had to check my emails for the tracking number and it might have gone to my spam folder!! He completely missed the point of my email regarding the non existent delivery!!! I responded with politeness and asked him why the delivery was delayed? The tracking was wrong and I hadn’t received the package. He then rudely told me I had to wait until the 21st then get back in touch and he would see about a reorder.
As you can imagine this was not the response I was expecting from an alleged reputable company, no ownership, no empathy and no APOLOGY for the missing package! I will wait until the 21st and I will request a refund because this is not the way I expect to be treated!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL MY GOVERNING BODY NOT TO PROMOTE THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS

The Best Water You Will Ever Taste!!

Bought the appliance online and got an instant message asking me to choose a date for installation.
Unfortunately the dates didn’t suit me as I go into the office on that day, I left the date blank so customer service could ring me with a new date. A young lady was so helpful and I opted for 3 weeks time but the week before the installation date the young lady called me back and advised we can come in two days!
What a result I was so pleased with customer service for keeping an eye on my account to get the best date possible, I was impatient lol
Paul M arrived promptly after calling to say eta was 40 minutes.
The installation was without issues and Paul M explained everything he was doing and why.
He talked me through the different settings on the new machine and their functionality.
He was super informative and a very polite, respectful person.
He demonstrated the functions and answered all my probing questions without hesitation, he was indeed a lovely chap.
He tidied up and wiped down and left the kitchen clean the way he found it.
I love my new Virgin Pure it’s perfect in every way, boiling hot and freezing cold water all in one place at the touch of a button.
I threw my energy guzzling kettle away right then and filled a glass of triple filtered ice cold water which was tasted soo good, even tea tastes better I’m not joking.
With all the horror stories around both tap and bottled water lately I was concerned I wouldn’t find a water machine that suited my needs, but after doing some intense research and checking the compatibility I found Virgin Pure was just what I need.
All round a great experience and one I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants Pure filtered ice cold water in their lives.

Exceptional service 100%

I needed a memorial plaque and engraving for a loved one’s Birthday on Friday but I didn’t hold out much hope of achieving my objective.
I called into Timpsons in the Shambles Worcester city centre and spoke to a great chap called Dave who understood my dilemma but advised he couldn’t do what I wanted as he just didn’t have the size plaque I needed. BUT he said hang on a minute and started looking in his cupboard then appeared with the perfect sized plaque mounted on a wooden plinth and said he could get it done by the very next day!!!!
I picked it up today and I couldn’t be any happier, Dave really hit it out the park, he made the most beautiful memory plaque which will be mounted pride of place in the pub where he drank.
I wanted some kudos for the man who made it happen and that’s Dave.
Heartfelt thanks for going above and beyond I can’t recommend you enough.
Super super service and a lovely chap too.

AMAZING SERIOUSLY

Simple and easy to do, from getting your quote all the way through to pick up.
The new seamless way to sell your car in the ruthless world of con men car dealers and tyre kickers! They even came with a van to transport the motor, so not adding any further mileage and cutting out the risk of possible damage. Super friendly approver chap he was extremely professional and courteous. Everything done on the drive and the money was received into my account within 60 seconds seriously was amazed.

Awesome simples

Searched the best deals for a particular set of tyres for my 4x4 the best I could get was around £140 each fitted, but I had to take my car to the to the shop. My husband has used Halfords on the drive service for his BMW and was very pleased with them so I decided to have a look.
The tyres were cheaper than the others I’d looked at but then I typed in the discount code and WOW four Michelin PS4 fitted on the drive plus wheel balancing AND disposal for less than £485!!! Yes please
The guy arrived super early despite the appointment being an “all day” slot. He was polite and respectful and did the job in rapid time explaining fully everything I needed to know.
Halfords are real hero’s to me - no messing about, waiting around a dingy tyre centre with max pax coffee but in the comfort of my own home safe in the knowledge the job was getting done on my drive with no fuss no mess and hassle free.
Amazing service and a great price too , oh did I mention I also bagged a free Bluetooth speaker included in the offer.
Would recommend anyone to use this brilliant service well done Halfords.

So far so good 😊

I read lots of reviews about this amazing new product and decided to try it for myself.
I have naturally curly, thick course hair and have tried lots of different things to straighten it over the years. I even asked my hairdresser for the Brazilian Treatment which she sadly doesn’t offer as a treatment in her salon. So I saw the OWOW advert online and decided to have a go myself.
So the delivery came super quick and the packaging is a lovely orange with a stunning little orange and black box.
The bottle was smaller than I imagined but the alleged miracle potion is just what I needed.
I colour my roots as the grey creeps through every two weeks so I coloured my hair last night and used a good conditioning treatment to give my hair some nourishment before the OWOW treatment.
Today I saturated my shoulder length locks and waited an hour for the solution to work it’s magic! The smell reminded me of perm lotion that I used to comb through years ago to get straight hair. Not too bad a smell tbf.
Anyway I rinsed after 60 minutes and low setting blow dried my hair. I brushed it after drying and found it was already relaxed and didn’t look too bad. Next came the straightening, I have GHD’s so settings are hot hot hot with no adjustable option. My daughter very kindly carefully straightened my whole head in small sections and thoroughly this took around an hour.
She did say that although my hair felt dry it was actually straightening very well!!
After she finished I popped some argan oil onto my hands and ran my fingers through the hair all over but not too much so as not to make it greasy.
The whole process took a couple of hours and I must say I’m very impressed with the initial look. It’s poker straight and looks shiny and doesn’t feel too bad. My hair is thick so I will wait for around 3 days for the natural oils to rejuvenate before I wash it again.
Like I said it does remind me of the days when my mom would comb perm lotion through my hair for ages to get it straight and I think this maybe derived from that concept maybe milder and less harsh, but hey if it works.
So far my hair is just how I wanted it, poker straight and doesn’t smell at all post treatment, drying and straightening.
Thumbs up so far and my daughter really did say OWOW!!

Before this new site was rolled out I was emailed and asked to be a Beta tester, I signed up but never heard anything more.
That was only 2 weeks ago. Woke up yesterday to find I couldn’t log in through the app as “Error 404” prevents me from doing so. I went on the desktop to find a brand new platform for the site had been activated leaving the country in turmoil with its new operating system.
Had I been contacted regarding being a beta tester I would have pointed out the fundamental errors with the current platform so you may not have faced these horrendous glitches in the new site layout.
1) reinstate the ability to search by distance - people want to know what’s within a certain distance from their postcode.
2) standard colours only please - silver, pink, green and multicoloured are not real in the animal kingdom - oh and please insert Lilac and Chocolate as these are REAL colours in both dogs and cats ( I have both )
3) reinstate the option to extend your advert as before
4) photos have disappeared completely some adverts have 2 some have 12 ( I personally had 8 and now have only 2)
5) Charge an annual fee for membership!! Boosting an advert might make you a little money but not everyone wants this. Charge a standard fee to every single advert published - stop being a free site !
6) put a screening filter in place to weed out bogus ads and false sellers
7) make people prove that animals are registered with governing bodies before allowing the advert to go live - STOP SCAMMERS
8) Simplify searches to make the experience easy and quick
9) Reinstate the “view stats” option - we do like to see how many have been looking
10) Introduce the option to turn off “email the seller”- it’s tedious and time consuming text or WhatsApp please this is 2021- also weeds out simpletons and time wasters
I’ll be honest I was enraged when the site went down and my ads disappeared and all my photos disappeared. But when it’s fixed and the bugs are ironed out you will have a great site. But please listen to your public platform we are your eyes and ears and if we ask it should certainly be seriously considered on a poll rather than that’s it tough.
Ask us and we will tell you, after all we are the reason you exist!!!
