Abacus Window Cleaning clean our windows and gutters at work and the service and results are excellent. Highly recommend Abacus.

Used this company for the first time and the windows were not cleaned properly, some were missed completely. Then they broke our roller shutter door, as they knocked something over, left it and then told me I could shut it. I did this and heard a noise and so ran to stop the shutter and removed what was stopping it from shutting. We had this on camera and they would not accept responsibility and tried to blame me, even though it was obvious this was not the case. We didnt have to pay for the windows but now we are being ignored and have had to pay to fix damage caused by their carelessness to our roller shutter door. Will not use again.

Ollie is always courteous and does a great job cleaning our windows. I will be extending the service soon to get our gutters cleared.

My gutters and windows were cleaned by Kieran today for the first time in 5/6 years. They have been completely transformed and look amazing. Thank you.

Had my windows cleaned inside and outside plus a gutters clearance. Perfect job carried out by Jayden. He explained exactly what he was going to do before hand and roughly how long it would take. A lovely young lad and very respectful. Would recommend asking for him.

Callum made a fantastic job of cleaning my fathers windows and conservatory roof. He was polite and very efficient. I would recommend him.

We had a successful trial clean, but didn't want the frequency of future visits insisted on.
At short notice the company said they were coming the following morning, I didn't see that message or I would have cancelled - but they came anyway and did the front of the house but couldn't access the back.
They then sent a bill for £40 for work we had NOT authorised and have been hassling us regularly to pay and now (19/08/25) are threatening legal action if we don't capitulate - not a welcome prospect for people in their 80's....

I had Ollie clean my windows for the first time today and was very impressed with this conscientious young man. He was polite and courteous and carried at a tremendous clean of my property.
I have to say that I was dubious about using the water fed pole system as I just didn't see how purified water was going to leave my windows, frames and sills clean, however I can now state that my doubts were unfounded and this system has produced wonderful results.
Will definitely be sticking with Abacus Windows.
