Buyer beware -cheaper elsewhere
Buyer beware! This company charged exorbitant fees for a service that would have only cost me $45 if I went through the ASIC site. I somehow ended up on the ABN-register site and paid $188 for an ABN (free from ASIC) and business name ($45 for a year from ASIC). To add insult to injury, I ended up paying a further $119 for a business name that had already been registered from my previous $188. Thankfully, after disputing my payment through my credit card provider and emailing them I got the $119 fee refunded. I approached this company to seek a reduction on their $143 profit and they refused my request leaving a bad taste.
Please go through ASIC and not this dodgy site, you’ll get an abn and business name for much less money and stress.

We are a private registration service, not ASIC, and our pricing reflects the administrative work, support, and processing involved in completing applications on behalf of customers. Many clients choose to use us for convenience, but we fully understand that others prefer to register directly with ASIC at government fees.
Regarding the additional business name charge, we appreciate you raising this with us and we’re glad the duplicate fee was refunded once identified. As for the remaining amount, this covered the service already provided, which is why a further reduction wasn’t possible.
We take feedback like yours seriously and are continually working to make our pricing and role clearer upfront to avoid confusion. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Another unofficial business name registration company
They should clearly state they are not the official government business registration or affiliated or part of ASIC. Purchased a business registration from them thinking they were the official government site. Immediately re-registered through the ASIC and sent them a email requesting an immediate refund ASAP. They replied with a refund so at least they did the right thing.

Scam. Took my mates money who mistakenly paid them. they sent no email, or reply when we emailed. Then even had the audacity to refuse the banks official claim when he asked for investigation. ABN’s are free on the offical gov website

Site pretending to be an official government site to register a business name and ABN. Charges you A LOT for something that is FREE! Tried to charge me $189 for something which, when I found the proper government site, cost me only $37. AVOID!
