Unreliable Company

Unreliable Company service was my experience . They provide you with a quote and then invoice you a substantially higher amount than the quote without your prior approval. They conduct their business in an unprofessional manner. Avoid this company at all costs is my recommendation.

Not very knowledable, highly recommend avoiding this company

I wanted to get a heat pump water heater through them and was told "You are correct, the rebate can only be used for 1 Energy Saving Program." when I asked them to confirm they were saying if I had a rebate for my solar panels I couldn't have one for a heat pump.

They were wrong. If I had a rebate for solar batteries or a rebate for a solar water heater or of course a heat pump already I would be ineligible. I checked with other providers, the Victorian government's website, other third party sites, heat pump supplier sites, etc and they all said I was eligible.

I went with another company, I got my rebate through Services Victoria who are fully aware I have received the other rebate of course and it's confirmed in their questioning (e.g Is your home still valued under $3M?").

Before you tell a customer your product is going to cost $1000+ more because they're not eligible for rebates you would probably want to be very confident otherwise there are other places who will say I can do the rebate and of course I will go with them.

On their site they say "Reach out for a personalised QUOTE and help with your rebate application". I personally advise going some place else if you want advise on the rebate or help applying for any.

Update:

I tried letting them know I was eligible, moved forward with another business, etc. They replied saying there is no way to know if I was eligible in advance.

They sent me a link to apply for the rebate and a quote. But it was just a dollar amount in the email no actual PDF of the quote, what system I'm getting, what's included, etc.

First of all you can know if you're eligible in advance the criteria is public. It's not like millions of people apply, give their information, and it's a lottery.

Secondly if they believe that why tell me I'm not eligible?

From 2/5 to 1/5 stars. I read the other reviews and I think you should 100% avoid this company.

Avoid this mob

This company quoted for our electric hot water system - we are eligible for both Commonwealth and State Government grants. After going through the process and agreeing to a site visit to check installation requirements (which they failed to turn up for), I received a call to say the installation was too hard for them. I found their contact details on the Vic Govt website as a registered provider. I intend to contact Services Victoria to request that they be deregistered.

Everything was fine until we had a…

Everything was fine until we had a warranty claim for an alarm that was continually sounding with the chain reaction through the house. We were unable to contact Accredited Power and so had to get an independent sparky as the fault alarm was too high fe us to access. We also need to know if the alarm was faulty or we had a concealed fire.
The cost from the independent electrician who confirmed the faulty alarm was $250.00.
We advised Accredited Power and provided the invoice for payment. Approx i week later we had the Accredited Power contractor replace the alarm. At the time he told us that it would take 24-48 hours to respond if they had been called out initially.Accredited power are refusing to pay the independent electrician on the basis that they were not contacted first. The issue that we couldn't get them and that we had to mitigate the situation escapes them. We have several properties where they have done installations, but they wont be getting repeat business from us based in thios experience to date

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The electrician was in an out in 2 minutes. He ended up busting some wires and we had no electricity in the ceiling from that point onwards. They refused to come back and fix. We had to pay real electricians to come and reinstall alarms and fix the complete mess made by accredited power. SHOULD BE INACCREDITED POWER!!!!!
