This is the third time I have posted this complaint. Each time I have been assured that my address has been removed from the mailing list! I have today received a mailing that I have previously complained about.
This company is completely unreliable.

I’ve been with Airband for 6 years after having tried every other major provider who only gave 2mbps in the rural area I live in. But with Airband I get super fast speeds of approx 900mbps mirrored. I can safely say that they are the BEST. Price point is amazing and there’s NO price hikes mid term contract. I recommend them to everyone and all my neighbours joined too. They’re really on the ball with the rare outages that happen, even over Christmas due to a storm they were out Boxing Day fixing the connection! Fantastic company, fantastic staff, fantastic service.

I have not had rooter and there is not a line Im my house so not used and had over week now so being charged for service Im not getting

While Amber Griffin was brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless sorting of my account transfer, I was shocked to learn that I had to pay more for less than a third of the speed I had with fibre.
This is despite moving only 5 minutes from my current property, with my other option being leaving and paying a circa £200 cancellation fee.

Engineer arrived when agreed and carried out complete installation within a couple of hours including laying of fibre and installing router. Fantastic result on fibre speed.

I have had a service call with Maria this afternoon in Customer Services and received a very good service with all the information I required in a helpful and polite manner. When I move I will certainly be staying with Airband where possible.

Would have been a 5 star for customer service if it had not taken more than 12 minutes on hold before my call was answered. Once Leya took my call she understood my issue immediately, agreed the solution with me and resolved the problem in a couple of minutes.

We lost our Internet connection this morning. I phoned Airband technical customer support. Police talked me through disconnecting our modem and router, checked things at Airband's end and got information from the engineers who were on site fixing the problems. She talked me through reconnecting everything and checked our Internet was working before we ended the call. Really excellent service!!

Refreshingly friendly, courteous and totally switched on customer service. My Airband broadband connection is now up and running today following a call to Ravi Chohan in technical support. I look forward to receiving an ATA and backup power supply for digital landline phone in due course.

From my initial call to Airband the customer service has been fantastic. Always a real person on the phone and no long waiting times. I first spoke with Shawn who was really helpful in telling me the full process. Right the way through it has been a smooth transition and so far a really great company to deal with. We are getting the speeds promised at the moment so fingers crossed this remains the case.
