I had a great experience living here for a month for work. The hosts were very responsive, flexible, and generous. The location was amazing, so close to Little Italy. The property looked even better than the pictures. I rarely had any issues with finding street parking right in front of the property. The washer and dryer were very convenient for me, especially for my long stay. The air bnb was super quiet, and stocked with supplies. All the neighbors I came in contact with were super friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10!

All round great home, location and host!

We always look forward to staying with this host! The apartment we stay at is spacious, really well located, and in great shape. Our host answers any questions quickly and is always accommodating. We had some unavoidable changes on one of our trips and Michael went out of his way to help us.

Very convenient location for everything we needed to do in San Diego. Clean, beautiful property with all essential kitchen appliances and utensils. Family vacation and everyone had their own comfortable space. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

We had a great stay! Loved the patio this place had to offer the sunsets were beautiful! Lovely weather as well! Very attentive host and helped us with any issues we had.

The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with information. The area is busy, but when inside the unit it is quiet. Perfect for a good night’s sleep. The place is in a great location close to the beach and very walkable. If you have a car, parking was relatively easy and the location is close to other locations to explore within a short driving distance. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay in Pacific Beach! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a family of 5. We walked to shopping, coffee, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Airbnb was very clean and welcoming! It felt like home away from home!

Really stellar cute place. For sure would recommend and the neighbors and surrounding area is lovely. Good local coffee shop near by within walking distance:)

Extremely easy check in process. It was really nice to not have any complicated clean up instructions like I’ve seen from some other hosts. Also the washer and dryer access and beach chairs were an awesome benefit. I would definitely stay here anytime I’m in PB!

The house was very clean! Appreciated the close walk to everything.
Never a problem finding parking was a big bonus as well.

Michael is one of the best host i’ve seen in 5 years airbnb experience. He responded my message within a minute. The condo is perfect location walking to the beach and restaurants . Highly recommend . Just little hard to find the parking . But we was lucky didnt have any problems to find it .

Home was beautiful! Loved the outside private courtyard! Short walk to the beach! Walkable to restaurants stores and sprouts.

What a great place! The balcony is perfection and the bedroom ACs are great. 10 min to beach by the time you reach stairs or a bit longer north for a ramp.

We had a lovely stay in SD- great spaces- clean, well- organized, every amenity you could need including hot showers:) The directions to enter and exit were clear AND there was no having to do all the extra ‘clean up behind you’ that so many air-b&b’s ask you to do. Thanks for a lovely and relaxing stay!!

This location was absolutely amazing! We had the BEST time! The home was perfect for my family (4 adults 2 kids) and we felt so comfortable and accommodated. Beautiful backyard gardens for late night hang outs and nice quiet neighborhood. Location was close to all the places we wanted to go in Coronado and San Diego. Michael is the BEST host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again!
